• Each participant shall be entitled to redeem only a single reward under the scope of this promotional program, and upon successful redemption of any subsequent participant shall thereafter be rendered ineligible for any further reward claims.
• Rewards shall be conferred exclusively upon the verified attainment of the applicable unique-view threshold corresponding to the designated reward tier (50,000; 150,000; 300,000; or 500,000), wherein a unique view shall be interpreted as one authenticated view attributed to an individual user within a single 24-hour period.
• No reward shall be granted in any circumstance where the associated view traffic is determined, whether directly or indirectly, to have originated from suspicious, artificially generated, manipulated, automated, or otherwise non-authentic engagement sources.
• Hey.watch reserves the absolute, irrevocable, and discretionary right to modify, extend, suspend, restrict, or terminate this promotional initiative, either in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notification.
• In instances where a participant is adjudged eligible for a reward, all formal communication and reward-related correspondence shall be transmitted exclusively to the email address registered with the participant's account at the time of enrollment.
• Participants who successfully satisfy the 500,000 unique-view qualification tier shall be permitted to elect a single reward option only, specifically either an iPhone 15 (128GB) or a PlayStation 5.
• The reward allocation framework shall be structured as follows: the 300,000-view tier corresponds to an iPad; the 150,000-view tier corresponds to a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9; and the 50,000-view tier corresponds to Samsung Galaxy Earbuds.
