1. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and access features including earnings and payouts.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your email address (info@hey.watch support) and payout destination details.

2. User Earnings & Wallet Balance

• Wallet Balance: Earnings accumulated within your Hey Watch account are reflected in your platform Wallet.
• Virtual Nature: Wallet balances represent virtual credits earned through authorized platform activities and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Deductions: Hey Watch reserves the right to adjust or deduct wallet balances obtained through fraudulent activity, technical glitches, or violation of these Terms.

3. Withdrawal Requests & Payout Processing

• Supported Payout Methods: Withdrawals can be requested via supported methods such as UPI, Local Bank Transfer (IN_BANK), PayPal, or SWIFT, subject to minimum withdrawal limits.
• Verification & Risk Engine: All payout requests are subject to internal risk evaluations and security checks. We reserve the right to manually hold or reject any withdrawal request flagged for high risk or fraudulent patterns.
• Processing Time: While we attempt to process payouts in a timely manner, processing times may vary depending on third-party payment gateways (e.g., RazorpayX, PayPal) and banking partners.

4. Refund & Failed Payout Policy

• Automatic Refund on Failure: If a withdrawal request status is marked as FAILED or CANCELLED due to gateway errors, incorrect user payment details, or bank rejections, the requested amount will be automatically credited back to your Hey Watch Wallet Balance.
• Finality of Successful Payouts: Once a payout request status is marked as SUCCESSFUL and the gateway transaction reference ID is generated, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
• Incorrect Payment Details: Hey Watch is not liable for payouts sent to incorrect bank accounts, UPI IDs, or email addresses provided by the user.

5. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral programs or earning mechanics.
• Utilizing automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized software to generate platform activity.
• Providing false or stolen bank/UPI details for payouts.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, along with the forfeiture of remaining wallet balances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hey Watch, its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Technical delays or failure of third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Temporary suspension of services due to maintenance or updates.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
